Stretching the neck and shoulders help to increase mobility in the neck and facilitates blood flow. Stretching can relieve stress and tension in the neck and shoulders.
Lower body stretching helps increase mobility and range of motion in the hips. Stretching can also help to ease lower back and knee pain.
Hot stone massage uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones to allow a deeper pressure without causing discomfort. The heat from the stone helps the muscle tissue to warm up allowing an easier access to work through adhesions and tensions.
